Through observation within the domestic interior of my apartment documenting the physical traces of marks upon the surfaces.

Nicks, scrapes, dents, holes, cracked plaster, rotting window sills.

 

Notating if these areas have been created through time spent dwelling of past occupants or durational neglect.

Creating a gestural act that explored the concept of support structures, care and maintenance.

Producing physical forms that reference the act of creating a ‘support bracket’ that slows down the process of the window sill falling into further disrepair.
